Paul McDevitt brings more than 30 years of experience in high-tech and communications, with a particular focus on customer contact centres, enterprise solutions, and strategic marketing. His career includes senior leadership positions at Cisco, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies, where he led national sales, services, and marketing teams, introduced managed services practices, and launched industry-first virtual customer engagement initiatives. A former Chair of the Board at Centennial College and Vice-Chair of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health, Paul combines deep industry expertise with a passion for building high-performing teams and innovative customer experience strategies
